The term hate crime is so stupid. If you commit a crime its because of hate. If i throw a stone at someone and it should not matter if i hit a black person or white person its the same thing. All "hate crimes" do is separate people by race, religion, gender, etc.

All laws should be gender neutral. There shouldn't even be a question, both should be included.

The fact that it's a question at all shows how far society has slid in SJW, feminist thinking. Men don't count and don't deserve protection. They're stripped of their humanity. Society has always treated them that way, how else can you send someone to die in a war if you value their humanity?
