Wife doesn't like my diet

So I've tried a new diet (keto), feeling great, lost 25 lbs and am at the lowest weight in at least a decade, maybe 2, (14 lbs to go and i will be leanest ever). Even getting some muscle definition in the abdomen which is encouraging me to up my exercising further.

Wife's reactions:

She bakes a lot (i can't eat but the kids can). She's always baked, now we're ~twice a week.

"It can't be healthy to lose so much weight so fast". Yelling.

She does cook food that fits in my diet for all the family for dinner (which I am grateful for) but overfills my plate. I say it is too much on my plate and she loses it "I'm cooking for you and all you do is complain". Yelling. She told me I should have just left it on the plate and not said anything. I do that a few days later and the response is:

"The diet isn't making you lose weight; you're just starving yourself!" Yelling.

I respond that I'm not starving myself, and even if I am, so what, I'm not hungry.

I am happy to cook separately for myself but when I do that makes her angry too.

"We can't go out to dinner anywhere anymore because won't fit your diet". Nonsense, i just don't eat the potatoes/fries/bread/cake.

"Your big head now looks over-sized on a smaller body" ouch

"You don't look strong any more". I haven't lost muscle mass or stopped weights; guess I need to bulk up.

I'm familiar with the concept of SOs sabotaging person improvements so I just find it amusing. She is going to gym more recently, so the "drag your partner along" seems also to be in play.

One positive thing she has said: "you don't snore nearly as much any more".

Keep bettering yourself guys and have a Merry Christmas.
