Step 1: Discover your purpose in life. Every man must have a purpose, without it he is useless. It can be anything; for example, my purpose is to be a doctor. I am working towards that. Yours could be to make YT content, be a scientist, be an athlete etc. Discover that purpose and find a way to monetize it.

Step 2: Stop watching porn. Go cold turkey. There is no other way. Its tough, but its very important. And also stop masturbating too much (or at all imo). Its burning out your pleasure centers. Find pleasure in other things: music, playing an instrument, maybe learning a new language. The internet has a lot more than just porn.

Step 3: Start working out. If you don't have access to a gym, start practicing calisthenics at home. Become proficient in moving your body in different planes.

Step 4: Be patient. Realize that Rome was not built in a day. Neither will you be the best of yourself in a day.

Go to the gym, workout, go for a run. Do something active that will distract you long enough that after some time, you won't get hooked on these things.

Not to be hypocritical, I like Hentai anime girl pictures, but I don't let it run my life.

Overall, it's all about discipline. Pace yourself from it.

I don't know how it works where you are, but I can buy a second hand bench for $100 and they sometimes comes with a bar and a few weights. Watch some Youtube videos by gym experts and aspire to do a certain routine within the next year. Then set a new goal. It will give you drive to do other productive things when the testosterone kicks in after a hard workout.

You experience devastation. Once you do your focus increases sharply.

Your "problem" is that you don't have real problems. You have no real challenge in life, because others have provided for you. You are lazy and spoiled. And you are getting away with it.
