Alpha is not a 0 or 1.. it's a scale and not everything can be applied. Also, not fully wished for.. You can pretend to be alpha, but you won't be until you stop caring and just are.. in addition, there is no real ultimate alpha.. there are those who possess more or less alpha qualities..

You don't transition. These roles are assigned to you. You either accept it (and if you're trying to "be alpha" you have indeed accepted your role as beta)

I simply refuse to believe I am what anyone else says I am. They create an image in their own mind and call it me. Yet the image is in their mind, with their memories and judgements, it has absolutely nothing to do with me.

When folks who thought I was beta place me in situations and expect me to play the part, I always try to give them.a little surprise, but this is simply for my own amusement.

I am created by God, not the world. Call me beta, call me alpha, call me male, call me creep, call me anything you like, because it isn't me. :)

Dude, you will likely always be a BETA. Alphas are born more often than made. Transitioning or Framing up as the PUA's say is just that, it's changing how others perceive you and not really chaining who you are.

MGTOW is about being happy and not about Alpha Beta and so on.

I am an alpha, a top alpha sigma. I don't try to be, I just am. I have always been this way. I have for most of my life not given a fuck what other people think and I do what I want when I want. I think that's what more important to being happy, not the labels.

Being a beta simply means external peace (trying to make everyone else happy) along with internal war (feeling depressed at the cost of making everyone else happy), while being alpha is simply internal peace (making yourself happy) at the expense of external war (pissing everyone else off).

So if you want to be happy and an alpha then have your internal peace while dealing with external war.

"Alpha" concept is a myth.

Sure, you can have power over some people. For example, it's easy to be "alpha" towards your kids, because they 100% depend on you. The same goes for a boss - he's empowered through his position, not because of his personality.

There are various manipulative ways to have power over (some) people, but unless you are a born psychopat, you will not rally enjoy the process.

But the ie hard alpha male from the movies? Yep sure, just their expiration day is short. Sooner rather than later they will get a bullet in their head and be replaced by another "alpha".

You don't. Alpha/beta is a ranking system determined by women. Literally means "desirable for looks/sex" in the former case and "maybe desirable for resources" in the latter.

to "fully" change to "alpha"? first.. REPLACE the word "alpha" with the word "good leader", because thats what it really is...

you dont have to IMPRESS everyone else? they just "are" in general, not in every single case.

you dont have to have a certain height, size or money? often times the LITTLEST and POOREST man in a prcticular group? always has the best ideas, and people just tend to go with them.

being a GREAT leader? also entails taking care of the "betas" following you, NOT you just taking for yourself. The ALPHA at a big worksite? is not ALWAYS the big, rich oener? nor many times the BIG, STRONG "team leader" who can BULLY everyone todo what he says...

no, the REAL leader? might well be that little quiet guy, that people always come and ask daily "what to do" and "what they think"...
