You have to learn how to look at them objectively. Normally, you walk into a room with 20 girls and you will think maybe 8-10 are attractive enough that you should be intimidated or at least wouldn't want to burn any potential bridges. If you take a harder look, it's usually closer to around 1-2. When a woman looks at a man, she is scanning and analyzing him for red flags or flaws. A man looking at a woman isn't so critical, he accepts her flaws as normal and isn't repulsed unless they really stack up or one is really glaring. This is counter to what society tells us is the case, but it's absolutely true.

What you want to do is be unafraid to actually check women out and look at them objectively. They are every bit as flawed as men. They have acne, moles, bad proportions, pudginess, thin hair, dry skin, etc. Look at what is actually in front of your eyes, don't let your brain ignore what your eyes are seeing. Since I started doing this, the number of girls I find legitimately attractive has plummeted.
