This year is going to be fucking epic.

I've quit smoking weed, no more drinking, and no nagging chick to worry about.

I'm going to treat myself with the care that I've always wanted though certain elements held my back from my true potential.

It doesn’t go away. The thing is that for many men... at this stage in life there is a stronger possibility that due to your changing body... you may take what your big head says more seriously. In your youth... too many men fly by the seat of their hormones and suffer a life built by those actions.

When you’re older the urge is still there, I just don’t think it’s overwhelming the way it when we’re teenagers.

And when you’re not thirsty? You’re in a much better position to make solid choices.

It's TRUE at any age if you're happy with yourself and ok with being by yourself. Most men in relationships cannot handle being by themselves. In the next decade you need to develop skills and attributes that are greater than any need for close companionship so such personal relationships become a want rather than a need, you are the master rather than the slave to your emotions. In another decade I am planning to make $10m more, women aren't part of the plan, but happy to engage in for entertainment.

It is true to a degree. I think about it less, and more of the times I think about it it is like philosophy or any sort of problem-solving, very abstract.

A year celibate so far, deleted tinder et al, changed my private phone number and got rid of my dating phone number.

I also think of ways to decline a woman in such a way that it quashes their interest.

It varies, and it’s not that you stop thinking about women and relationships, it’s just that your 30s will have a lot more responsibility but also a lot more fun and meaningful experiences, so it actually does feel like you’re thinking about them less.

I’m 28 and I feel like that right now. I feel like I have a permanent case of post-but clarity. If I see really hot women now a days, I can’t help but think what an incredible pain in the ass it would be to date one, or how she probably looks nothing like that when all the makeup, heels, push-up bra, hair extensions, etc come off.
