A bag of frozen peas is a good ice pack because of the small size of the peas. Put it on your balls to help with the pain. You will recover in a few days. But be sure to get a follow-up test to verify the vasectomy has totally stopped the sperm. I went and got an additional follow-up test to make double sure the vasectomy took.

Any way, that was 20 years ago for me. Since then, I have had no problems and no pregnancies.

No advice on being snipped, but if you're a gamer - try a builder sim if Sekiro is a little too graphic. Builder sims (Simcity, Transport Tycoon, Factorio - or even 4D games like Alpha Centauri, Sins of a Solar Empire, Stellaris) trigger your analytical brain rather then your fighting one. Should cut back on the undesired boners by a lot.
