I'm considered a Chad but more introverted, so I gave up the whole chasing women/partying once I got a red pilled, got a little older, and saw I was pretty much being used for my alpha energy lol. Don't get me wrong, I'm still charismatic and charming when I do get around others( unless it's SJW feminists or soy boys), but I spend most my time chilling alone or with my close red pilled friends. So much more relaxing and rewarding in the long run.

I realized how much time and energy I was wasting on entitled attention whores and beta guys who wanted to be cool with me and always want me to hangout. I'm by no means overly intelligent, but I think my awareness to the truth is what separates me from most Chads.

That is actually a huge stereotype, most very big guys in the gym are like gymcels, and its because even though they have the muscles, they make minimum wage and they are more introverted. Its hard to be obsessed with something as solitary as the gym when you are an extrovert and always want to be around people. I know because I used to go to a gym where I met those guys and I knew them personally and I knew that they werent very good with women. Big guys in the gym arent Chad. Most of the time Chad is a guy who isnt too muscular but looks good and he has a natural talent at approaching and seducing women, if he sees an attractive woman on the street, he will approach her and try to bring him back to his place. Most Chads arent even that good at building muscle and thats because they arent that interested because they dont make the gym their life because if they did, then they wouldnt be Chad. Also, its a huge misconception that Chad is somehow a very attractive guy who looks like a model because often times even a very good looking guy will have trouble attracting women and thats because its not all about looks. I knew a guy back in elementary school and he was extremely good with girls but he was shorter than me and not that attractive but he knew how to seduce women, he didnt learn it from some bullshit PUA book, it was a natural talent that came from his father who was also very good with women, he always got the attention of the most beautiful girls. I can show even more examples from my own life that debunks the whole idea of Chad. Now that I think about it, I have always been an introvert and a loner while he was always an extrovert and loved to be around people, that is why he was so popular because he was confident and his great personality drew people to him.

The truth is that if you go to a bar looking for a hookup, often times, you will find what you are looking for, even if you are ugly or short, you will still get laid, maybe not as much as the more attractive taller men, but you will still get laid once in a while. I dont think there is such a thing as dual mating strategy because women dont really have standards. They dont spend their 20s chasing after Chads, they spend their 20s chasing casual sex with the hottest men available and they do this to have as much fun as possible during their youth because they know that once they get close to 30, they will most likely have kids and get married. Women wont just let Chad have sex with her, if they want to have sex, they will pick the best guy they can find, even if that guy is much less attractive than what the girl could normally get, she will still have sex with him if she wants it that much.

What you consider Chads really are just extremely extraverted guys with a great personality who look decent, and because they are fun to be around, you enjoy their presence, its as simple as that. In the end, though it doesnt really matter if you are good with women or not because sex is very risky, relationships are a disaster waiting to happen and marriage is hell on earth for us guys, so I find it best to just avoid them completely and just ghost.

It probably is quite tough being a Chad. I don't believe they all get built for no reason. Usually they start out as above average looking guys, probably get fired at by a guy because a girl looked at him, and then they hit the gym to get super shredded just so they can walk around in the daylight. And it super backfires if you are short, prepare to get sized up every three seconds.
