In another thread in this subreddit there was a discussion how women hold the real, total power over the world. It makes me wonder whether sex robots would be insta-banned simply because if its true that women hold the real power, an immediate consequence is a monopoly on sex.

In other words, the minute sex-robots become feasible and tangible entities, women will band together to destroy the threat to their monopoly. It seems the only way sex-robots could proliferate would be through underground networks (ie the black markets, particularly deep-web black markets) which women ironically enough have little to no influence in; mostly due to the fact that most of them are oblivious to these markets. Especially because the black market seems like a truly "male space" if you will.

Thoughts?

I've been thinking about it since my early 20s, or maybe even earlier. Advanced sexbot is a perfect woman. What I mean by advanced: with enough AI to act on it's own to some extent. Move to sexual positions, "play along" so to speak. You won't have to date them, be funny, be handsome, be rich, be young, while they WILL be always attractive, always young, always ready, never nagging, never cheating. Unless we invent some artificial birthing machines, everyone will have a sexbot and population will drop drastically and I don't think governments will allow it.
