A woman's vagina goes back to normal size a few months after childbirth, it's literally made to stretch and return back to normal. It'll get 'looser' with age even if she's been a virgin her whole life just because of muscle weakening, although there are exercises that they can do to keep it in shape, just like every other muscle in the body.

It's not correct that sex with many men loosens vaginas. They are only loosened by inserting larger objects (I.E. a cucumber, oversize dildo, someone's fist, etc) or by having a baby.
