I think it's pretty reasonable to say that white people have the most power. Microwaved food is fine, you just don't want to over-expose yourself to the actual microwaves while the oven is on. Plastic wrap while cooking probably isn't ideal though, but again, it's about exposure levels. Drinking too much water will kill you too. Use of aluminium foil does have some risks, yes. Aluminium is in food and water so it's unavoidable, but the amount you consume matters, and cooking with it increases your consumption. The hotter the aluminium gets, the more it will transfer into food. In my personal opinion, cooking with it occasionally is fine, but I wouldn't use it every day.
