Mabye not a total MGTOW related post, both I think some of you might can relate and give some tips. Since going MGTOW I have been working out alot more (track running, free weights, a ton of ball sports, and body weight exercises), as part of improving myself. I have always been kind of injury prone, however I had not been injured for the longest time, and I felt great and was marking great improvement. I could run 10km in around 45 a 50 minutes, could run longer dinstances, was doing heavier exersises, and any competitive sport I would notice the improvement.

Sadly I have sustained a knie injury, and now I feel bummed out. I know I need to take rest to not make it worse, and I can do some excersises but I used to easily workout 4 a 6 times a week (usually 3 a 4 runs, 2 times weights and sometimes some interchanges with other sports). Now after a couple of days of rest I feel weakend and frustraded that I might lose my progress.

Do you guys have any tips to fill this temporary void, or any tips concerning injuries or being thrown of the path of self improvement for a bit? I can still do some weight exercises (upperbody) but that does not really fullfill me as much as a good run or full workout.
