What ACTUALLY went down is anyone's guess, but it would seem FAR more likely that they had some "relationship" of one type or another (Ex BF/GF? Maybe some FWB "neighbor" sex? Drug dealer/client? or ???) that then "went sour"; the bitch pulled out her gun and shot him.

* Indirectly is another matter... she was likely addicted/attracted to the BBC.

** First of all, WHO lives in an apartment building and doesn't keep their door locked? (Seriously. Years ago I lived in several apartment buildings, small and large, most with "locked" lobbies-- and keep in mind these were located in virtually crime-free "whiteopia" rural small towns -- and EVERYONE kept their apartment doors locked... something you observe because even when they return with laundry they have to set it down, pull out their keys, etc). Ergo she had a key.

Secondly, even though many apartments are essentially "identical" -- at least in terms of room layout -- it takes all of second (likely a fraction of a second) to KNOW by the decor, furniture that you AREN'T in your own apartment. Unless he was standing right on the other side of the door when she opened it... then there is NO WAY that she could have "mistaken" it for HER apartment, and to believe that HE was an intruder, and -- unless she already had her gun drawn before entering -- there was NOT enough time AFTER opening the door for her to pull her revolver to shoot him (not without ALSO giving her sufficient time to glance about & realize it was NOT her own apartment).

HER "story" just doesn't meet ANY level of "plausibility." It's the kind of bullshit LIE a child will come up with to explain why they're up on a stool in the kitchen, with hand in the cookie jar.

UNFORTUNATELY... because they're going to try to make "race" the focus, they're just going to IGNORE all of that. (Ergo so called "social justice" will actually PREVENT any kind of "justice" in this... doubtless the family of the deceased though, will turn it into a "Lottery win" in terms of money.)
