You know, when I see articles like this I ask myself. Why would men, the builders of the world allow this to happen. And I start to meditate, we don't it's the elites that allow this chicanery because they're trying to retain power and control and what better way to do it than through legislation

Actually I'd be up for a debate on this, because even though this is ridiculously sexist, it does seem like good government. To be fair it is certainly treating the symptom of a problem, and not the cause. So long as this is a temporary solution to some larger solvable problem, then I'm okay with it.

But what is that larger problem? is it that more women get hit by cars after a snowfall? Or can we go deeper, can they not afford cars? Deeper, why are roads and walkways frequented more by women more dangerous for them after a snowfall?

So, anecdotally it seems men are better drivers than women, take more of an interest in automobiles than women, and handle stressful situations (icy road conditions) better than women.

Women are crashing into women, and big daddy governments idea is to make it easier for them, great. I may have debated myself into a corner already. Ha!
