Ok gents, need some advice. I recently came across a job opening that is almost tailored to my skill set (video editing, photography, graphic manipulation.) However, there are two hurdles I need to acknowledge before I move forward: 1. I applied for a different position with the company and never got to the interview stage after I turned in my materials. Plus it's been a while since I've done this kind of work but I possess the fundamentals and have the eagerness and drive to learn and succeed. 2. The office is ALL women. (Real estate agency) I realize this could be interpreted as a red flag but I don't want that to stop me. If all goes well the lead agents and others in the office could be great references for the future. I have enough sack to establish boundaries but newbie status will probably render that a bad idea... What would you guys do? I want the job but the previous rejection and the all women team is a bit daunting.
