Cliff's notes version...Be ready to spend most of your time and focus on getting pussy if you want to get laid regularly.

I decided focusing on my finances, hobbies, and peace of mind is a better investment.

Not necessarily a MGTOW book, red pill definitely. It's only really useful for dating and recognizing female nature.

It's a great book to get you started. Towards the end, he starts to fall back into delusion, and justifies not being able to fully break free from the PUA game by "now that I understand women, it's like a business deal not a romantic deal" logic.

I found this part just as helpful in my own personal growth, use that portion to recognize yourself drifting back into the same trap.

Others really hate on this book because it's more "red pill" than "MGTOW" .... they ignore the fact that we post cuck stories and shit on here as well. It can all be used for growth, just keep your goal in mind and you'll find how to best benefit from the perspective.
