Okay, the hardest part is between week 2 and 6. After that it becomes easier. About 4th month was the point where I lost majority of sexual urges. I still think about women but very rarely.

Now, the benefits. I'm braver than ever. I can tackle hardest clients (I own my business) head on, collecting invoices is easy, I'm controlled by rational mind as opposed to emotions. My income is through the roof. I don't glorify female beauty at all. Doesn't matter if she is gorgeous, if she will give me any drama at all, I will cut her off. I don't date anyway but right now it's more about professional level- if she doesn't deliver then I will hold her accountable just like everybody else (remember, these women get pussy pass most of the time). It feels great to be free from clouded emotions. There are bunch of other benefits by the way.

Now, funny side effect. Couple of months in, penis size becomes way bigger than usual. Balls are bigger and heavier as well. About 6 months in, penis pulls back ('oh, I'm not getting any action, time to go back to sleep') but balls remain large. Eventually it will look like Greek philosopher's. Look up the marble statues from that age. These guys invented stoicism and I think sexual purity (NoFap) was part of their lifestyle.
