Throwaway account for obvious reasons:

I went on 2 dates with her 2 years ago. On our second date, we (both 25yo) made out. During our conversations, she would threaten suicide multiple times when I didn't respond promptly. I completely cut contact with her in early 2018.

To elicit a response from me, she then posted my personal info on Instagram, hash-tagged my username, and alleged I molested her. I hired a lawyer, who sent her a ceast/desist letter. She immediately agreed to not to post about me anymore and subsequently removed her posts. I deleted all social media. This happened in summer 2018.

Since then, I thought I was in the clear. Last week, she hash-tagged my username on Instagram and continued her allegations. My sister had been monitoring Instagram just in case. Since this whole debacle occurred, I haven't slept normally and constantly fear for my safety when leaving my home. Now I have to talk to my lawyer again.
