While I am okay with liberalism, what I don't quite understand are liberals who are good corporate cog's who devote their life to the machine. I know that I'll have to enter the machine one day, but with the goal of leaving it as soon as I can.
I was speaking on reddit with a "corporate democrat," which was his username, and for the life of me I could not understand how brainwashed he is. He wants to tax corporations, invest in college, but wants his 401(k)'s to go up, IRA, and his investments to go up, when he wants to tax corporations at the same time. This does not make a damn bit of sense to me.
I am liberal in the sense that I am for gay marriage, abortion, women's rights to vote, etc, but I am very fiscally conservative. I vote Republican, but I do not see how someone could root both for and against corporations at the same time.
Edit: This guy was sooo blue pill. I'm betting he is also very bad with his finances, even with a six figure salary-so he claims.
