Learn a trade - people that can fix things is always in high demand.
Don’t get married - for obvious reasons and well explained with in this sub.
Don’t have kids. - same as number two.

Take care of your body and mind. Eat well, enjoy vices in moderation and educate yourself. Above all treat yourself well and spoil yourself. We all make mistakes so learn to forgive yourself and don't dwell on the past. Live in the moment (or at least in the few seconds after when you realise you survived yet again)

Live minimally.

Invest more. When you think it's enough, invest even more.

Become an accredited investor as soon as you can, by 40 the latest.

Retire with sufficient FU wealth; live on income from your wealth.

Make a top 5 list of countries to live in retirement; pick 3, visit your #1 and live there awhile to experience it. You can always change your mind, and live someplace else.

edit: Indifference and invisibility; combined with selfishness and avarice. Wealth doesn't provide happiness, it provides options; the greater your wealth, the greater your options.

Here’s my list:

Don’t get married. I got married at age 22. That was stupid. Don’t get married at any age.
Work out and eat right. This will pay dividends later in life. I was recently with a group of people in their early 20s. I was twice their age but the only one in the group who could touch his toes was me.
Find a subject that interests you and master it. Whether it is baseball, Italian literature or comic books.
Learn to do things because they are intrinsically worth doing. Often as men we do things to attract women. Start to do things for you.
Invest!
Accumulate life skills. Learn to be a decent public speaker and how to interact with strangers in a natural manner. That’ll pay you back tenfold in life.
Don’t get married!
Read a lot about a wide variety of subjects. I read once that you should try to understand subjects that do not interest you. I’m currently pursuing a graduate degree in a subject that I used to find boring. Now it fascinates me.
Always be learning. As you age you will accumulate a mind boggling amount of skills and knowledge.

Avoid women don't date them and don't get married. I've never dated a women i just scared them away or is just a friend to them but who cares i lost interest in them.Getting a girlfriend is a big waste of time.

I'd tell my 22yo self to calm the fuck down. You don't need to smash a different pussy every week.
Don't waste money. Save and invest as much as possible.
Don't think your happiness depends on someone else.
Take a healthy lifestyle seriously and continuously. Getting old is painful on the joints.
Study more. Never stop studying.

Save ten percent of your income regardless of your income. At your age now your income will rise rapidly. Pay yourself first ie the first thing that comes out of your wage check is your savings into a long term savings account. However you quickly adjust to new income levels. Do not use a credit card. Buy everything second hand apart from clothes. Work on reducing your weekly spending to the absolute minimum. Once the income from investments exceed your weekly spend you will be wealthy for life.

Learn about economic periods and cycles you will see many in your lifetime so that you ensure that when you do make a major life investment ie buying a house you do it at the bottom and not the top of the market.

be willing to change careers,

learn to handle wins and losses

always be ready to learn a new skill. you will never be bored with your job.

don’t be afraid to get dirty. the pay is better. (not illegal dirty; the kind of dirty that washes off)

one trick ponies become unemployed ponies in economic downturns.

having many skills/trades will keep your bank account full all your life. you may never have to hunt for work, work will find you.

buy what makes you happy, not what you think would impress others.

never smoke/vape. (you may as well burn your money and save a step) put that same money into investments/savings

If you like outside get a dog, if you like inside get a cat 4) Do not date, marry, impregnate or cohabitat 5) Do not go to college 6) Invest your money 7) Do not get drunk in public 8) Do not waste money on drugs 9) Don’t smoke if you can’t, take up vaping 10) Learn to cook 11) Make a schedule and stick to it 12) Don’t waste time at low paying jobs, unless it’s to get experience for better jobs later 13) Do not engage with women at work 14) Always have insurance (health and auto) 15) Everyone talks shit at work 16) Do not be late or miss work. 90% of a job is showing up on time and being reliable 17) Don’t simp or do any unnecessary work for a woman. Things like moving, or fixing their car 18) Keep MGTOW to yourself
