6 Beware of false economy and know your prices. Also, cheap TP sucks.

7 If you operate a business, you absolutely have to claim that money. A former employer got busted for not claiming a few hundred grand of cash sales. But, purchases that would generally be made with a CC, definitely, try to negotiate at least a few percent off if you're paying cash. If you use a credit card, the business will have no choice but to pay 2-3% to the credit card company.

I got most of these checked off. Only thing thats missing is a costco card for bulk products. Never invested in a mutual fund. Id have to read up on that.
