Chances are very good it will end in divorce. You will have several good years and over time, she will become unhappy and take away all the things that attracted you to her in the first place. She will cut her hair short, put on weight and that agreeable personality will turn bitter. When you divorce, the summons to appear in court will say YOU ARE BEING SUED. You will be required to disclose all assets and sources of income. You supported her to live a life of leisure while you worked a high stress job but now the real expenses start. You will also be required to prove all of your separate property rights (like things you owned before marriage). If you can't prove it, she gets half. After she gets half of the assets, she is also entitled to support which is typically 1 year support for every two you are married. In some states if you are married 10 years or more or if she becomes disabled, support can go on for life. The divorce process often lasts years and is agony. Even if you do make it to the end, look at older married couples you see and ask yourself if you really want to ask permission to see your friends, spend your money or take a break from the weekend chore list she doles out.

How does a marrige work?
Everything is hers , your house , your money. In some places you don't have to even marry to get fucked over, living together for more than 6 months already entitles a woman to your shit.
Nope you cannot win, unless the mother is literally a druggie and cant support her child.
These are the only cases where the husband gets custody.
Otherwise there's NO CHANCE. 80%+ of women are the child support receivers. You pay alimony(Pay for her lifestyle) and/or child support. And the bullshit only ends when they run out of gas.(almost never)

You will need to prove separate property is indeed yours (like things you had before the marriage) or she gets half by default. This takes years and tens of thousands of dollars. Even if you are very lucky and don't get divorced, look around at people who have been married for 10 years or more and ask yourself if you really want someone to give you the weekend lists of things
