It's kind of ridiculous how men are treated when they are raped. Sometimes I watch "American History X" just for the part of the movie when Edward Norton loses it after he was assaulted in the shower.
In practice, unless the woman doing the raping can't command social status (say, she was ugly or obese) the man will not receive public sympathy. And the arguments that no longer work for women (you were erect? You wanted it) still work for men.
And even if you get everything going your way and somebody at the DA office tries to pursue charges on the woman, sentencing is lighter, assuming a conviction even happens.
On top of all of this, women are notoriously shitty allies. Where are the feminists demanding equal sentencing? Why do women respond to male issues by playing victim one upmanship or arguing that "women deal with this too, therefore shut up"? One can only conclude that women simply do not care when it comes to this topic.
