In child custody circumstances, YOU SHOULD NOT leave the marital home under ANY circumstances.

It's essentially how I have 50% custody of my own son.

Ex said leave home as it would be easier on son. I said FUCK NO because I did nothing wrong...irreconcilable differences, bitch filed. She took son and left. Did not know his whereabouts for 2+ weeks.

DEMAND your rights. Ex took your child out of marital home WITHOUT your permission.

Hang in there man. Don't do anything rash. I know it sucks. But if you love your son do NOT do anything stupid or brash. A son with no father has a hell of a time growing up. He needs you to get off the ledge and hold on. For him. For you.
