I struck a blow for MGTOW freedom this afternoon. For various reasons I haven’t drunk beer for 20 years. I had my 1st two this afternoon accompanied by an immensely satisfying beer belch. A real chewy one with a guttural, sonorous sound. It must have lasted for close to 2 seconds and the taste of hops and barley repeated on me. I’m South African and my preferred beer is called Windhoek Lager and is from what used to be German South West Africa (now Namibia). This is relevant in that the beer complies with a German purity standard from 1516 – the Reinheitsgebot. So the beer burp also complies with this purity standard. Best of all, my wife wasn’t present so there was no eye rolling, nose wrinkling or muttering under the breath. The burp of MGTOW freedom tasted good.
