I have an question concerning the basic narrative of the MGTOW movement. Let me, define it first, so that I can at least make sure my definition is lining up with that you are saying.

Essentially, there is no point in trying to be "alpha" or have "game" or "do nice things" for women, because at the end of the day, they are only really dating you for your monetary potential, so that you can provide for her and her offspring.

Assuming that is the correct definition {please feel free to correct me}, I just have one small question concerning it. I have to ask "so what"? I guess, I would have to say that I used to try and be an "nice guy" and maybe the whole MGTOW movement is more directed towards these individuals. But seeing women as being in it for selfish reasons, and not this, I dunno, selfless purpose ie.love {which isn't real in my opinion. At least not the selfless sort. I personally believe love to be very selfish} I can't see myself like, getting angry or upset about that. It just points out that everyone has their own price, which just makes my own job easier. Make enough money, and have sex with as many women as I want. And if I am in a serious relationship with a woman, and she decided to act out, and threaten to leave, I have the power knowing I can get whatever she is offering just as easily as I got her.

I suppose the main point of MGTOW isnt really dating though. Its more meant to discourage marriage, because at that point they have won. I imagine knowing the rules would help with making sure the deck isnt stacked against you. Maybe making sure you get an prenup, and hell, never do an joint checking account, or have her take care of the money.
