Most superheroes fall into the loveydovey romance trope. Can't think of one who doesn't.

That said...the closest comparison you can get might be Piccolo from DBZ. Doesn't give a shit about women (although there are no Namekian women), just meditates, trains and does his own thing.

These are the ones that come to mind right away, many of them are not "traditional" superheroes but still are good protagonists:

Bruce Wayne/Batman from the DCAU voiced by Kevin Conroy: (http://dcau.wikia.com/wiki/Batman) Not all versions of Batman/Bruce Wayne are MGTOW, but I would argue this one comes the closest. Following him through all the different animated series in the DCAU, he ends up with the MGTOW lifestyle at the end. As seen in the Batman Beyond animated series he does pretty well for himself in the long run. Old man Bruce Wayne in Batman Beyond is pretty damn awesome. A strong argument can also be made that the DCAU's Joker is pretty MGTOW too.
Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh!: Definitely an anti-hero. Good business man, skilled and passionate about what he does. Cares about himself and is a good brother to Mokuba.
Scrooge McDuck from Disney's Duck Tales: Lots of male ducks in Duckberg that live the MGTOW lifestyle in this animated series: Scrooge, Launchpad, Gyro, Fenton. Scrooge is the main one of course. Never had a love interest in the entire series, with the exception of being put under a love spell in one episode which was broken at the end. He was basically drugged in that one so that doesn't count.
