Christianity is the cause of a lot of shit but they get one fundamental fact about male sexuality correct: attraction/lust starts with the eyes. Take a lesson from women and train yourself not to see them, to have your eyes slide right over them acknowledging them only a geographical barriers. If you find that one of them catches your attention sexually, then use the Buddhist exercise of repulsion: break the woman down into constituent parts in your mind. Strip away the skin and pleasurable arrangements of fat and just see the muscles, sinew and bones underneath. Think about the bladder filling with piss, the bowels making shit, even the build-up of mucus in her sinuses. Women are only overwhelmingly attractive when you haven't lived with them and experience that they do all of, and often more of, the nasty shit that all humans do. Once you're practiced at recognising that what you're attracted to is just subdermal fat, stylish arrangements of dead keratin, and veneer of cosmetics in varying thickness, controlling your sexual urges is relatively easy.

Definitely still attracted. I’ve learned to manage my biology though through masterbation and also understanding what the brain chemicals are doing to me when a hot woman starts to overwhelm/emotionally entangle me. I’ve got it under control now though and can be around any woman and not have it affect me doing my own thing and looking after what’s best for me.

Attraction is just a biochemistry. As you reach 30 years of age, your body's biochemicals will normalize and you'll become less horny for no reason. Before that, it's pure uphill struggle and you do whatever you can to either satiate or mitigate it. This is my morals, societal norms be damned; do what's right for you, and be safe doing it.
