Im almost 30. I need to move on after my past relationship. Anybody real and good advice? What to focus on, etc.

I do have a job. Im successful there. But need more to study or to be able to focus very good. And I want that. I do NoFap. And it already helped a lot. I was stuck in the circle of trying to get approval from others, and women especially. Anybody who can help and tell me what to do in my situation? I need to be myself again, like I was when I were younger. I hate all the lies and circumstances which came into my life for a specific period of my life. But now I have full control and I want to spent the rest of my life like however I find it the best to be, with focus on the best for me. No bullshit from others anymore. No Mr. Niceguy. No people-pleaser. No nothing. Just fucking No to all of it. Im done with taking orders and rules. I plan for myself and go for what I want to achieve, with all forces. I got the energy now.
