I’m 32 and I have been a MGTOW for some time and I know I'll always be. This is my journey to mgtow:

Awalt #1 – I met this girl during a summer holiday. I was 16 years old, she was 19. She had long dark hair, she was into rock music just like me. I fell in love with her immediately.. We had two dates, I was over the moon, but out of the blue she told me she couldn’t see me any longer because she had been in a serious relationship with this other dude.

That hurt really bad, I smashed some of helloween and iron maiden cd’s because those were her favorite bands. I was so stupid. Then two years later we came across again in that beach village, she told me she was still in a relationship but she could give me a blowjob . I said sure..

Awalt #2 – This was my longest relationship. We were together for 3 years. For 2 years everything was good. I was 21 at the time. During the 3rd year, my parents seperated and I had to find a job. While I was working, she went out of town for some kind of a project. Suddenly she stopped answering my phones. When she answered she kept it very short and distant. I couldn’t understand what was happening but I was pissed off. I just told her to f.ck off.

Then I learned from one of our mutual friends that she slept with 2 other dudes during that time. I wasn’t surprised. And this time it didn’t hurt that much. I guess I had started to grow a thick skin. Anyways, 2 years after we broke up, she called me and she told me she had tried with others but now she realized that the only man she ever wanted to be with was me and she had to see me soon. I wasn’t mgtow yet, so I said ok let’s meet.

When we met, she told me that she contracted a hpv virus from one of the guyz she dated after me, and she had stage 1 cervical cancer. I was shocked, I told her I was really sorry to hear that. And I asked her to give me some time to think, I was about to join the army and there is 5 months of compulsory service in my country. So I told her just to wait for 5 months and maybe we could try after I returned. Guess what? When I was in army, she found another dude and stopped communicating. Fair enough, that was the end.

Awalt #3 – After I was back from the army, I met a new girl and we started dating. She was 4 years younger than me. We had good time together, but I after the previous experience I was seeing her like a friend with benefits. She didn’t want it that way. We broke up after a year. She got married later. And guess what? She called me last month and told me she was missing the old days. I just told her to move on and never contact me again.

Awalt #4 – This happened a couple years ago. At work I met this girl who was in a LTR. But somehow we got closer and closer and then we slept. She cheated on her bf but she didn’t break up. So I felt bad for the guy and stopped seeing her. Anyways some time later I learned she left him and start dating a new guy.

One day I was feeling lonely and I texted her and asked her if she wanted have beers at my place. She accepted. We drank and when I made a move to kiss her, she said she was in a new relationship and and she really liked him. I said OK, let’s never see each other again. We haven’t seen each other since then (at least 15 months) . One week ago it was my birthday and she sent me a birthday message at 00.02. I didn’t even bother to say thank you.

So these are my experience brothers. They are everywhere. Just stay strong and don’t ever let your guard down. Cheers to you all!
