Assuming the kid(s) in question are his, he unfortunately has to be concerned what his ex is doing. Personally, I would document every dumbass thing she does and give it all to an attorney, then sue for full custody. Granted the courts overwhelmingly favor the mother, but if she’s that trashy all the time it’s bound to add up to a decent case eventually.
