Give you little background... I am Indian and living in US...my wife basically left US ... I wanted she should stay with me with my son... but she wants to “explore” her self and demanded big money which I refused so she left me and filed fake cases against me and my parents and sister and her husband.... that’s how Indian court system works....I am being divorced Rape by my wife and her lawyers... since 4 years ....I had 11 years of marriage and she took my son with her... I lost contact with my son since 4 years not seen him or talk to him... thanks for the law and society... now Indian court wants to count each hair (money) in your body (in your name) including your pubic hairs... meaning they want to know each penny I have .. obviously due to conversion rate it will seems a good amount in indian rupees that I have earn by working hard and staying alone for all these years... also Indian court doesn’t care about your expenses but just earning... my wife is asking 9,00,000 Indian rupees ($12000) per month as maintenance that will be super huge and impossible for me (I am not even earning 1/3 of that ) ... I don’t know how to save my self from this rape... any advise will be helpful...
