However...you can make sure there is birth control and further how to protect himself as in never leave used condoms around etc... If the situation has gone Stage 4 (incoming marriage) you can counsel on a pre-nup agreement. While pre-nups are not iron clad and receive a fair amount of bad press here on MGTOW they are great insurance in the short term. A pre-nup will absolutely hold for 3-5 years and more importantly if the the bride to be balks at even the idea of the pre-nup it is/should be a great example for your son on the quality of this woman. I also highly recommend that young couples run credit reports on both parties for the sake of honesty and full disclosure. Marriage is contract, etc...

I say confront her directly. Ask her outright what her agenda is with your son so she is aware that someone in the family is suspect of her intentions. Also make sure he protects himself if he does marry. You could also show him this sub and have him read some of the scriptures held within.

You could try buying/gifting him a copy of some books like "The Manipulated Man" or "The Rational Male"...

But chances are he wouldn't/won't actually read them... and if (as is most likely) he's not just "dating" but getting some form of sexual gratification from her, then even if he DID read them, he'd be unlikely to accept the truth of it.
