It's strange how many single mothers act like crack addicts when they don't get their way. A relative of mine (second cousin I think) used to rent to a single mother. He had all the services, mowing, cleaning, what have you. She took him to court because the house was uninhabitable. After he brought his lawyer, showing through several sworn statements that SHE refused any cleaning or lawncare, the judge awarded her a few thousand. Why?

"The evidence is overwhelming, but seeing this poor woman on one side and a rich man with a lawyer over here, I can't rule in your favor." Exact quote.
