Don't trust police officers in a domestic violence situation if you ever find yourself in one. They are going to pretend to be on your side and get you to slip up and say nearly anything to be used against you to put on the cuffs and take you downtown. The bad part about it is that they are likely going to arrest you anyways, and they are just trying to make the prosecutions job easier. This is really dangerous territory here, because you'd be damned either way.

If you have evidence of abuse, great - but they'd still interview her to determine how bad of a guy you are and see what they can do to help her. It's not like a video or audio recording is gonna save your ass. I see a lot of MGTOWS are still painfully naive, and think because they have some sort of documented evidence it's going to help them. Well matter of fact I had plenty of evidence gathered in the form of emails, voicemails, direct recordings since its legal in my state. Not one police officer or social courts worker gave one single iota of a fuck about it. your mileage may vary, but just be aware that your stacks of evidence are likely going to matter for shit.

Don't trust the judge in court to apply the law fairly to you, whether it's a domestic situation or other matter. Even small claims, you're likely not getting what you want even if the law is on your side, and the defendant admits the guilt in the courtroom even. wtf? first hand experience here. Never make the mistake of thinking you'll be treated fairly under the law! A lot of MGTOWs are still painfully naive to this, and I maybe would have believed justice is blind before women sent me down this road of police and courts through domestic violence, and landlord theft. Seriously, settle all your debts privately, and don't think that because a law is on the books that you are going to find justice through the courts.
