Wow, I didn't know this forum existed up until recently. I got into reddit for nofap only but I found myself looking through all the sub communities and this one has my interest amongst theredpill.
My first "red pill" was a book called "The System" by Doc Love. This guy sugar coats the reality of dating but with a good cause. Even so, men have reported to the author that when their wife/gf found their copy they tore it to shreds.
I was that white knight that got the girl too. My mistake was expecting a LTR from a LDR. I told her I loved her 9001 times everyday. On days we were mutually off, we video chatted all day long. Then it all started going downward. She let her irl friends sabotage our relationship, prioritizing them over myself.
One weekend I got fed up and told her about it. I drew a line and she immediately crossed it(literally went from loving to no respect). She thought I wouldn't walk but I did. Wait, this is the best part. A day after we broke up, she posted a picture on Facebook kissing one of her guy friends. Then a relationship status. Blocked her after that, with a broken heart. That's when I realized that most women are shit.
A few months later, she made a new account, added me and told me that I was right about everything. She even asked for a second chance, to which I said no, even though it hurt. I then thought, what did I do wrong? My search began for information, which lead me to a lot of articles written by women, with all the things I did to make the relationship work. Most of the male and female love doctors said the same thing. Except for this one guy, Doc Love. They say call her and schedule a date for the next day, text her and kiss on the first date. He said exactly the opposite and had the results to back up what he said. Dealt with some porn addiction which lead me to nofap.I'm redirecting my sexual energy elsewhere, mostly into sharpening the mind, body and soul.
Anyways, this post has been long enough already.
TL;DR became MGTOW after a bad breakup and researching women and relationships in general. I was raised with the belief that women=success. The more you got, the more successful you are and you need one to live. Thanks for reading guys. Did you have any experiences similar to mine? Any advice to offer? I'd appreciate it.
