Ive been seeing that a growing number of couples within religious circles are opting for non legally binding marridges. (Marrying in a church for ceremony under god but without obtaining/signing a valid marriage license) essentially the marridge is strictly cerimonial and not legally binding. Some religious people claim having the state interfering with their relationship under god is against the tenants of marridge etc. Since these marridges are not legally binding and no alimony can be accured since you can't legally divorse someone whome you never legally married.. what is the issue with this from a men's rights perspective? (obviously this is more mens rights and less mgtow but many mgtow still date recreationally so I figured some insight can be gained from asking here)
