It's pretty simple, they complain because they are trying to work in male created environments, which means they have to compete with men, and for women that seems hard to impossible, so they have to make excuses and blame others for why they don't succeed, because women are incapable of accepting responsibility.

The only way they can easily succeed is if they work in a women created environment, but the problem there is they don't invent ANYTHING, so there are no women created environments, and even if somehow a women creates an environment as big as say the music industry, you can bet some man will create a much better working version of whatever they made and put them out of business.

And the reason for this is always the same, and it's the hard truth, and the reason so many women complain so much, and that reason is painfully obvious: men are better than women.

It's not that females have to work twice as hard. It's that men want action, not fucking words. You can't show up at the gym and boast you're the strongest. Men will challenge you and if you talk shit and can't back it up, respect will be lost. I've never heard of a man putting down a capable woman unless he was some hardcore Tradcon.

Men by nature are competitive. You have to prove yourself. Simple as that. And in a field dominated by any group, any outsider is going to have it hard. Don't like it? Work in another field. I don't see male strippers and male porn stars and male cam whores bitching about how they have to work 10 times as hard as their female competitors.
