Women also don't work as hard. They cut corners knowing their looks will save them from getting fired. While men are pretty disposable. If a girl makes a mistake it's cute. if a man makes a mistake hes costing the company and is a liability.

I had same job as my colleague, turned out he got paid more than me. We had similar skills, though I had more experience.

Know what I did? Nothing. Nada. Fuck all. Because I'm not a whiny little bitch getting jealous over fucking stupid stuff. Colleague was a good bloke, worked hard, and I could care less what he earns.

There's a lesson there somewhere.

I worked in a liquor store.

The women there demanded equal pay...then manned (or womanned) the cash registers. Whenever a beer truck came in to unload they would ask me to do it for them (it was their duty too) while they looked after the cash registers. Same thing with lifting heavy boxes or other onerous duties.

"Equal pay for equal work" is a great idea. But women often DON'T do equal work. And the men they work with have to make up for it. But that's female privilege. That's the reality behind their rhetoric about not being equally paid.
