It shouldn't be about gender, it should be about performance. If a female has not been found with the skills to fulfill the position, than clearly there is a skills-gap rather than a gender-gap in the industry.

Women should be asking internal questions like 'what can i do to improve'? Success takes hard work, a lot of hard work. You cannot rely on promotions based on pressure from society. When a woman fails at something, she never blames herself but rather blames society/men for it. Society doesn't give her enough confidence, women are seen as weak, women are disadvantaged because of overly loud men blah blah blah...

Women need to grow up, take a hard look at themselves and start working harder in these industries. To be honest, wall street seems pretty pissed off with these entitled thots, and even more industries now are going the same way.

Society is not here to put you on a pedalstal so you feel good about yourself. It took me 10 years to learn the basics in my industry. Full hard grinding every single day. I never complained, i knuckled down and worked.

Not just wallstreet. I work in medical marijuana and the 1 woman we had working for us tried some shit. Didn’t work. Shouldn’t have told people she wanted to through acid in her face. Thank god for the ability to antagonize someone just by looking at them lol.

Since then we have not hired another woman in a 2 year period and we’ve gone through quite a few hires and short some in the trim room which is usually where they work out best. My bosses do not want to hire women now. Bosses daughter comes by once a week to do payroll and thats it
