There can never be a post-capitalism. Capitalism is in the life-blood of the species. Every time any person works to earn a thing/goal and any time a person trades a thing/service for another thing/service that's capital.

This is what people do.

Never has there been a better economic system. It's not a poltical system. It's not a social system.

Everything else to do with debt is a side-issue: voluntary debt controls its own levels and repayments, kills itself when it's irresponsible, whereas today's situation is really just slavery pretending to be debt. It's not debt. It's slavery.

Minarchy seems to be an attractive stance to me, even though pure anarchism (not anarchy) is the only moral stance. Considering Taxation is in fact a form of theft all government is evil no matter how much it help, sooner or later that government will either grow into an authoritative nanny state or be over thrown. Socialism has been tried and tried but continues to sour.

This massive debt system only happened when they stopped backing the dollar with gold and silver, and started printing money. It is not an essential part of capitalism.

I know it is the bastion of far leftism (and I don't consider myself a leftist at all), but I think Anarchism has it pegged. It's basically says no one has a right to rule anyone else (called archonism, hence the word ANARCHISM, an is negative prefix meaning 'no', meaning 'no rulers'), and no one has a right to seize all capital for themselves, particularly that capital not made by human hands but by nature (land, air, space, water). This is basically the society of neolithic man going back 10's, probably more than 100 thousand years. The society we live under is a very recent development in man's history, it is not a "natural" system to live under at all, but rather a construct developed for purposes of control by (archons).

It really does help to read people like Graham Hancock to get some background to all this. Apparently man was in much better shape during the ice age than today, physically and spiritually, then about 11800 years ago there was a massive extinction level event (start of the younger dryas period) which caused widespread human trauma. It was that trauma that caused schism in the human psyche which humans have never fully recovered from, and has manifested a lot of human problems we have today .

The present system is coming to an end. We are on the cusp of the post-Scarcity society. When nanobots and Robotics comes we will have a total social and economic revolution. When robots come into their own there will be few people working. Most jobs will be done by machines.

What will the future look like? The vast majority will be permanently unemployed. Robots will be doing everything. They do what they do best. Which is work. And we do what we do best. Which is surf the net and hang out at the beach. Governments will tax the work of robots. Then give you the money to buy stuff. Fully automated companies will turn a profit. Those profits get taxed and given to people. Rinse, wash repeat.

We saw the beginnings of this when in Japan the first fully automated hotel opened up.
