One of the side effects of being a MGTOW is that you have so much money that women start to take notice and everyone starts to get nosy.

For example, when people know that you are single and live a minimalist lifestyle, many people keep asking about how much you've saved and why you're not following the manslave template, that is, get married, get a mortgage, have children, and become a wage slave.

When I was in my early twenties I learned the hard way that you should not advertise your wealth. I was young and gullible, and I was dating girls, and all the wining and dining and paying for holidays was really expensive. I even lent money to my family and didn't get paid back. That was how stupid I was.

When I was broke, I suddenly realised the truth, which is that individualism is real and all forms of collectivism is a scam designed to make you a willing slave.

The sanctity of family is a form of collectivism, and collectivism is a tenet of communism. Communism or collectivism states that you are not important. What matters is the collective or the community. What matters is the country, the family, the woman, etc. You don't matter. What matters is everyone but yourself.

Having learned an expensive lesson, I save up money again but this time kept it secret. I pretended to be poor. I found that my family stopped bugging me and stopped trying to keep in touch with me. Women stayed away from me.

There were many moments when I felt an itching to brag about money, but I kept strong and pretended to be poor.

Do any of you do this? Are there any techniques you use?
