Look how many open spots are in the parking lot. If a handicapped person arrived there are plenty of spots to park. However, I'm not convinced this ever crossed her mind to justify her actions. Furthermore, threatening to break someone's phone, attempting to throw hot coffee on someone, and/or threatening to hit someone with a vehicle is wrong.
