I am currently doing some research about the lack of male representation in childcare and have been asking different "Mens Groups" from all different parts of the political spectrum about their experiences of men in childcare and attitudes surrounding the topic.

Did you have any male childcare workers in your early education or do/did your children have any?

What are your views on men in childcare?

What do you think are some of the reasons for such low rates of men in childcare? (The global average is below)

What are some things we can do to change this?
