A lot of people have exercise books and are fat fucks.

If you live life with some discipline, most people can succeed.

Also, Robert made his money selling "how to get rich" schemes. If he was getting rich already, why would he tell anyone?

I do ok, and I don't tell people shit. Much less make millions.

What he mostly says is rich people buy assets, poor people have expenses, and middle class people buy liabilities that they think are assets.

he has a lot of good common sense, but people don't really follow it, or they get it in their 40s and don't stop doing what they're doing.

Just like a fat ass with a "thin thighs in 30 days" book he uses to hold his cheesecake in his lap while watching Rick and Morty.

I’m sure not all subscribers are active participants in MGTOW. They could be subscribed for all kinds or reasons.

So, we’re comparing the ratio of people who purchased the book to followed the advice versus people who subscribed here to those who actually follow MGTOW.

I would say our side has a way better ratio for a simple reason.

All things equal (or sometimes not), people will follow the path of least resistance.

It’s way easier and more fun to not get married than it is to have the discipline to save and invest.

Definitely.

In fact I would say most likely the majority.

Of course the subscriber count here is not anywhere near the full tally of men who are actually going their own way. First of all there are tons of lurkers (probably 10x the number of subscribers) who either not only do not post or comment, but likely do not even subscribe, they simply keep /r/MGTOW as a "favorite" link, and read as they want. Second, there are likely even more men (probably yet another 10-fold as many -- remember this is not just USA, but worldwide) who have simply "done the math" on their own and arrived at the same conclusion as MGTOW.

That doesn't mean they will all follow it lifelong, much will depend on specific circumstances in their life, etc...

But that really doesn't matter: because MGTOW really ISN'T a "movement" it is simply a "phenomenon"; a way of living/surviving, and enjoying life. MGTOW men have always existed (they were just called something else); and they likely always will exist (again, probably called something else yet again).

Perhaps, but to change people's minds I view as more the MRA's job. My job here on MGTOW is to educate as best I can with my experiences and advice and let others decide whether MGTOW or not is their decision.

My view is true MGTOW don't care what others do, this journey is about me assisting others in the community but only worrying about myself and other close male friends.

I am married to a land whale. Discovered MGTOW late in life, it helps me recognize whether my wife is being a unreasonable bitch or stupid cunt. Also, kind of a "safe space" to cheer for me who gtow and internally supporting them. Pareto distribution is a bitch.
