RP is simply the knowledge of being unplugged and what the true behavior is with regards to women and society. PUA is Red Pill and uses the knowledge to manipulate women. MGTOW stays away from women. MGTOW is Red Pill, but we stay clear of marriage and cohabitation.

'Red Pillers' share the same fundamental ideology, but they can't help but chase pussy regardless. They're all about 'self-improvement' (read: lifting weights, making lots of money, spending lots of money on superficial things such as expensive clothes).

MGTOW guys are all about not giving a fuck and just doing what they want, without caring what society thinks of them.

Redpill is the Truth about society and men and women.

PUA (pick up artists) use that knowledge to meet women and some to have relationships with women.

MGTOW is men who understand Redpill knowledge and they chose not to follow the gender roles to focus on themselves.
