I eat and enjoy a lot of red meat. Delicious chuck roasts, ribeye steaks, occasional prime ribs when I dine out, yes hamburgers, and of course this time of year some grilled London broil cooked rare and sliced thin.

And I'm a better man for it. I feel fantastic and I'm healthier than ever. Be a man and eat what you want including red meat, copious amounts of red meat.

Don't want to eat red meat? Then don't. because it's just as manly to say I don't want to eat that if it is your own choice as it is to say I want to eat that and I want to eat it rare dripping with blood and juices.

Whether it's elk, bison, or old-fashioned beef red meat is delicious. While I still enjoy a preference for old fashioned raised grass-fed beef because it's healthier and has a better nutrient profile, I still partake in the industrialized corn-fed beef, too.

Don't let some nagging horrible person tell you you can eat something because it isn't plant-based. The plant-based fad is right up there with #metoo, and the rest of the craziness that has emerged in the last 10 years or so.
