Honestly this is the first time I’ve seen this community and idk what to think about it quite yet, so I’m wondering what makes you say this? Myself and plenty of people I know have been in happy relationships with women and we’ve still all got our self respect.

This is my mindset.

I would expend it to "asking a girl out or trying to seduce someone", i can't do it anymore, too offending, id rather let a dog pee on me it's less worse

Never in my entire life have I even approached a girl simply from never getting the idea to do so. Never desired it. As I entered puberty, I simply got horny, yet still never 'noticed' girls.

The only thing that changed for me discovering MGTOW is that I got rid of the extreme shame and guilt I felt from people making fun of it for not basing my existence's worth on women.

People who I tell this to usually get a grin on their faces because they feel better about themselves for believing they're talking to a 'loser' because of the male dominance instinct.

I simply grin back and tell them I'm "waiting for them to ask." And I wait and wait... then when they're weirded out and have no clue what I want them to ask, I just say "How come you never thought to ask me how many women I rejected?" It's 6.

Trust me, describing this 'strategy' sounds really stupid, I know. Especially since I'm monk for life, but it's fun to get into people's heads at times regardless.
