I srsly respect MGTOW guys a lot. Not only for the support u guys have provided me but for the kind of reality u have dealt with.

I have loved a girl for seven years and have tried reaching out to her to convey my feelings for her. But she seems to not empathise with me well.

My story - I am from india, the dynamics of culture here is different, we loved each other but due to the culture our families might not accept love marriage. Both of us don't have a father figure at this point of life.

I was raised by my mom and have never seen or interacted with my dad since birth. My mom tried as hard as possible to bring me up as a nice man. I guess I can't blame her that I never got advice that an ideal dad could give. My ex too lost her father in an accident when we fell in love with me. I ghosted her after 6 months of relationship as I was scared of responsibilities to take care of my mom and do what she wanted. My ex felt bad. I understand.

May be due to lack of masulinity or something it took seven years to gather the confidence that I can take up the responsibility to take care of my ex as my wife. I prososd to her and told her how I have been feeling lonely ever since I ghosted her.

Lack of masulinity is a real problem I have been facing with my life.

My ex was disrespectful and is telling me that I am a loser who ain't worth to get anyone in my life. I am learning abt 2 things now. Masculinity and femininity. Looks like the erstwhile, even in an sexually fragile society is a step ahead with emotions and thinking.

I have felt like I could have lived only with her. Now that she too is not ready to empathise with me I have lost confidence in woman and am going my own fucking way!
