Spoke to a friend last weekend while he was sick. His girlfriend had to work, supposedly. Haven't talked to him in a while. Basically, he makes about 3x what his girlfriend does because he has a PhD and she is happy with a bachelor's. Well, he pays for everything, and i mean - everything, and she wastes her money on makeup, clothes for their ridiculous dogs and other bullshit. I told him,

"How much is your rent?"

"About 1300 a month"

"Okay, so divide that by 4. So 325, right?"

"Then have her pay 325 a month to you to help with rent."

He just laughed and said.

"We already had that conversation and, heh... That's not Gunna happen."

And that was it... Just... That's it.

Big surprise, most of them want you to pay for them and finance their lifestyle. What they don't tell you is they cost 2, 3, 4 times as much as it costs just to take care of yourself. They'll spend as much of your money as they can, then when you're broke they move on to the next sucker. And when you recover financially, another one will materialize, and the cycle repeats all over.

Fuck that...instead of doing that, learn how to save and invest your money. Skip this bullshit, and watch how fast your wealth accumulates. Even if you don't really make all the much, you might be surprised how much you really make, when you're not spending it all. Most guys have no idea how much money they waste.
